Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced an alleged economic package of 20 lakh crores in the name of the country. He said that the Finance Ministry will explain this in detail. It is expected that Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will tell today where and how this package will be spent.


On Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi did not mention the government measures taken during the Corona crisis in the name of the country, but it is definitely that they are announcing an economic package. He said, “Facing the Corona crisis, today I am announcing a special economic package with a new resolution. This economic package will serve as an important link of ‘Self-reliant India campaign’ To prove the resolve of self-reliant India, land, labor, cash and law have all been emphasized in this package.


He said, “This economic package is for our cottage industry, home industry, our small-scale industry, which is the source of livelihood of crores of people, which is the strong foundation of our resolve for self-reliant India.” With this, the Prime Minister said that the Finance Ministry will give its full details. In such a situation, there is a possibility that today Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will tell about this package, where and how the amount of this package will be spent.


In his 33-minute address, PM Narendra Modi said that at a time when the great powers of the world have been shaken, then we saw the resolve of the poor brothers and sisters of the country. The street vendors, laborers and the poor people working in homes have made great sacrifices. Now our duty is to push them forward, they should be supported. Therefore, the government has announced some important packages for every section.
